Service Supervisor at Genesis Group – Delta State
Genesis Group is recruiting a full-time Service Supervisor in Delta State to coordinate daily restaurant services and help maintain a high standard of guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff and day-to-day service operations.
- Maintain standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor staff hygiene, grooming and service practices.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Track employee performance and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- At least OND, HND or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience supervising restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff, work under pressure and uphold restaurant service standards.
