Outlet Manager at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja – Ikeja
Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is recruiting an Outlet Manager to oversee an assigned hospitality outlet in Ikeja, Lagos. The role is responsible for service standards, operational efficiency and financial performance within the outlet’s operating concept.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the assigned outlet as a commercially responsible operation in line with Hyatt standards.
- Coordinate daily staff, service and operating procedures to meet guest and employee expectations.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality while observing departmental budgets.
- Support the outlet’s financial performance and continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- At least two years’ experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hotel or large restaurant.
- Good understanding of restaurant or hotel outlet operations and service standards.
