Area Service Executive at Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Lagos
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is recruiting an Area Service Executive in Lagos for air-conditioning sales. The position focuses on growing dealer and distributor relationships, expanding market coverage and meeting sales targets, with activities involving the South South region.
Key responsibilities
- Sell air-conditioning products across the assigned territory and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Manage existing dealer and distributor relationships and recruit new channel partners.
- Use an active AC dealer network to generate sales and expand market penetration.
- Visit dealers, review performance and provide product and commercial support.
- Track competitor pricing, market trends and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market intelligence.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, outstanding payments and collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product availability and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Three to five years of sales experience specifically in HVAC and air-conditioning products.
- An established, active network of air-conditioning dealers and distributors.
- A record of achieving sales targets and expanding territory revenue.
- Knowledge of air-conditioning products and distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, use Microsoft Office and travel within the territory.
