Area Business Sales Manager at an Undisclosed Pharmaceutical Company – 3 Locations
An undisclosed pharmaceutical company is recruiting three Area Business Sales Managers through Kennedia Consulting, with positions in Abuja (FCT), Lagos State and Rivers State.
Responsibilities
- Grow territory sales and meet revenue targets.
- Develop area sales plans and expand distributor, pharmacy, hospital and healthcare customer relationships.
- Find new commercial opportunities and extend market coverage.
- Track market trends, competitors and sales results, providing regular performance reports.
- Lead and support sales representatives across the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Relevant pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with area management or supervisory responsibility.
- Commercial judgement, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Evidence of achieving targets and managing a sales territory.
- Leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
