Associate Resident Officer at Bedrock Group – Ikeja
Bedrock Group is recruiting a full-time Associate Resident Officer in Ikeja, Lagos, to support residents and assist with day-to-day serviced-apartment operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond courteously and promptly to resident enquiries, complaints and service requests.
- Follow up with relevant teams to resolve issues within expected timelines.
- Assist with room checks, facilities inspections and maintenance coordination.
- Monitor adherence to housekeeping and maintenance schedules and standards.
Requirements
- OND, HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Hospitality Management.
- One to three years’ relevant experience in hospitality or facilities management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and use Microsoft Office and property-management tools.
