Auto Sales Team Lead – 2 & 3 Wheelers at The Simba Group – Nigeria

The Simba Group is recruiting a full-time Auto Sales Team Lead for its two- and three-wheeler products in Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Enugu, Kano and Oyo. The role grows sales, manages relationships, supports customers and coaches sales personnel.

Sales and customer responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed two- and three-wheeler targets.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify market changes, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits of available two- and three-wheeler models.
• Help customers choose vehicles based on needs, budget and preferences.
• Provide accurate explanations of pricing, financing options, warranties and after-sales support.
• Negotiate contracts and terms that meet business and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with the sales manager and finance team to complete transactions.

Team leadership and development

• Coach team members, provide training and give feedback on performance.
• Participate in sales meetings, workshops and product training.
• Stay current with industry developments, models and competitors.

Preferred experience

Applicants with previous automotive sales experience will be given preference.
