Bar Man – Lounge & Club at The Place (Smackers Limited) – Lagos
The Place (Smackers Limited) is recruiting a Bar Man for its lounge and club operations in Lagos, to prepare drinks, serve customers and maintain accurate bar transactions.
Responsibilities
- Mix cocktails and serve wines, beer and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
- Welcome customers, take orders and offer drink recommendations.
- Maintain bar inventory, replenish supplies, clean glasses and keep the bar area orderly.
- Process card and cash payments through the POS system and balance registers after each shift.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree.
- Good knowledge of drinks, mixology, pouring measures and bar service.
- Friendly communication, active listening and customer-service skills.
- Stamina for long shifts, lifting supplies and working accurately under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and calculate bills correctly.
