Stewarding Manager at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja
Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is hiring a full-time Stewarding Manager to manage the Stewarding Department as an organised and productive cost centre, supporting hotel kitchens, outlets and banquets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Stewarding Department in accordance with Hyatt’s operational and brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly food-and-beverage back-of-house environment.
- Ensure hotel kitchens, outlets and banquet functions have clean operating equipment suited to expected business levels.
- Support cost efficiency and the needs of employees, guests and owners.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- At least two years’ work experience as a Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a well-run hotel or large restaurant.
