Bid / Tender / Proposal Engineer at EATL – Lagos

Engineering Automation Technology Limited is seeking a Bid / Tender / Proposal Engineer in Lagos. The role coordinates technical and commercial submissions for oil and gas and engineering-services opportunities, ensuring deadlines, client instructions and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids, tenders, expressions of interest, prequalification packs, RFQs and RFPs from initiation through submission and close-out.
• Gather input from engineering, commercial, finance, procurement, projects, HSE, quality, contracts, Nigerian Content and technical partners.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, compliance documents and supporting reports.
• Monitor licence, insurance, permit and corporate-document expiry dates, and support client and vendor portal registrations.
• Manage tender records, project administration documents, presentations, exhibitions and commercial correspondence.
• Support contract administration, customer feedback, completed-job records, sales enquiries and OEM-related marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in one of the specified engineering, science, surveying, business, economics, procurement or project-management disciplines.
• A minimum of Second-Class Lower Credit from a reputable university, with graduation no earlier than 2018, as specified by the employer.
• Completion of NYSC and an age not exceeding 35 years at application.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; sound writing, document management, communication and customer relations skills.
• Accuracy, adaptability, ability to learn quickly and manage several assignments under pressure. Administrative or office-management experience is an advantage.
