Brand and Marketing Specialist at Elite Talent Placements – Lagos (Hybrid)
Elite Talent Placements is recruiting a full-time hybrid Brand and Marketing Specialist in Lagos to strengthen its visibility and generate leads for recruitment and corporate training.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the organisation’s brand and marketing strategy.
- Manage social media, content and thought-leadership communications.
- Promote corporate training webinars and secure relevant registrations and leads.
- Build a pipeline of B2B prospects and support commercial outreach.
- Report marketing results and track the conversion of leads into opportunities.
Requirements
- Two to three years in digital marketing, brand management, marketing or business development.
- Strong content creation, lead generation and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva.
- A commercial approach to measurable results; B2B marketing experience is advantageous.
