Digital Marketing Specialist at Recruitment Nigeria (NG) Limited – Lagos
Recruitment Nigeria (NG) Limited is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist in Lagos to lead multimedia content production, social media growth and performance-led campaigns for a technology-focused business.
Responsibilities
- Create original posts, graphics, captions and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Maintain a content calendar linked to business campaigns and milestones.
- Build an effective LinkedIn presence through updates, thought leadership and brand storytelling.
- Review reach, engagement, audience growth and traffic to refine content decisions.
- Manage paid Instagram and LinkedIn promotions for awareness and lead generation.
- Support cross-team communications, event content and marketing campaigns while monitoring industry trends.
Requirements
- Three to five years’ experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio covering social posts, design work and video examples.
- Competence with Canva, CapCut or similar content tools; video-editing capability is advantageous.
- Experience managing company LinkedIn pages and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent social-media copywriting, attention to detail and independent project management.
- Interest in technology; startup or technology-sector experience is an advantage.
