Human Resource Manager at Aureole – Epe
Aureole is recruiting a full-time Human Resource Manager in Epe, Lagos, to lead people management, workforce planning and HR advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, talent development and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance management and routine HR operations.
- Coordinate learning, succession planning, engagement and professional development.
- Promote compliance with employment laws, company policies and HR processes.
- Advise management on strategic people issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Three to five years’ progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- CIPM, SHRM or a comparable professional HR certification is an advantage.
