Business Project Officer at HOP Services – Port Harcourt

HOP Services is hiring a Business Project Officer in Port Harcourt to strengthen client relationships, identify new business and coordinate commercial growth initiatives in hospitality management and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Research the market and identify emerging client needs, competitors and opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while approaching prospective clients.
• Develop business-development plans that support growth objectives and align with leadership priorities.
• Manage sales pipelines, presentations, proposals and campaign collaboration.
• Attend sector events and identify useful alliances or partnerships.
• Review pricing choices, budgets and financial forecasts for commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery of business-development projects with operational teams.
• Prepare progress reports, analyse results and refine future activities.
• Guide junior colleagues and collaborate across operations, marketing and finance.
• Monitor commercial risk and encourage compliance and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience.
• Strong client engagement, commercial planning, communication and project-coordination ability.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality or short-let operations is highly preferred.
