Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel and monitor clinical performance.
• Organise training and mentorship to develop nurses’ clinical skills.
• Promote patient safety, quality care and compliance with professional and healthcare requirements.
• Identify development needs and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Current registration and practising licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• At least seven years of nursing experience, including leadership or team management.
• Strong clinical, communication, training and people-management skills.
