Fortesoft Systems Limited–NIIT is recruiting a Career Counsellor in Ibadan, Oyo State, to advise prospective students on ICT training and support course enrolment.
Responsibilities
- Promote NIIT programmes to students, schools and professionals through calls, WhatsApp, campaigns and outreach.
- Convert course enquiries into paid enrolments while meeting monthly targets.
- Advise individuals on technology career options, certifications and course benefits.
- Organise open-house sessions and give personal advice on training paths.
- Follow up on tuition payments, discuss payment arrangements and support compliance.
Requirements
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Experience in education sales, client advisory or community marketing.
- Working ability with Excel, CRM and WhatsApp marketing.
- An interest in technology training and helping people find suitable careers.
