Senior Business Development Officer at Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank – Ibadan
Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank is recruiting a Senior Business Development Officer in Ibadan, Oyo State. The role develops new markets, strengthens client relationships and partnerships, and tracks revenue opportunities to support the bank’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Research opportunities, generate qualified leads and implement market-expansion and revenue-growth plans.
- Build and retain relationships with customers, institutions and commercial partners; address enquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiate business arrangements, prepare proposals and present solutions to prospects.
- Analyse markets, competitor activity and customer needs to identify products and growth opportunities.
- Track sales pipelines, conversions, revenue and other performance indicators; maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance and customer teams, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
