Centre Manager at an Undisclosed Company via Elite Talent Placements – Benin, Edo

An undisclosed healthcare diagnostics centre is recruiting a Centre Manager in Benin, Edo State, through Elite Talent Placements. Reporting to the Group General Manager, the post leads laboratory, imaging, patient and financial operations.

Operations and governance

• Direct laboratory and imaging services, sample reception, customer flow, scheduling and timely result delivery.
• Maintain quality procedures, standard operating practices, calibration records and controls that keep results accurate and traceable.
• Ensure facility, equipment and professional licensing stays current, including applicable MLSCN, RRBN and NNRA requirements.
• Safeguard patient privacy, manage complaints and uphold Nigerian data-protection requirements.

People, finance and growth

• Oversee consumables, reagents, equipment maintenance and procurement within approved limits.
• Control billings, revenue, costs, cash and outstanding HMO or corporate receivables.
• Lead laboratory, radiology, reception and technical teams, including staffing, rosters, learning and performance.
• Develop referrals and institutional accounts with the Marketer and review pricing and service demand.
• Report weekly on quality, patient experience, operational activity, finances and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Health Services Management, Public Health or a related discipline.
• Five to seven years of healthcare or diagnostic operations experience, including at least three years in management.
• Relevant professional registration in good standing; an MBA or MPH is an advantage.
• Knowledge of laboratory and imaging operations, quality systems, Nigerian healthcare rules, financial management and people leadership.
• Strong communication with clinicians, corporate clients and HMOs, with integrity and confidentiality.

Salary

₦300,000–₦400,000 net per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
