Senior Sales Associate at Field Intelligence – Edo State

Field Intelligence is recruiting a Senior Sales Associate in Edo State to develop Shelf Life customer relationships, increase sales and help more healthcare providers access reliable supplies.

Responsibilities

• Use Shelf Life’s sales process to plan, manage and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads, onboard customers and support new clients to use Shelf Life successfully.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales, account growth and customer success.
• Review sales data, maintain accurate customer relationship records and contribute to sales strategies.
• Support group-based sales education events, marketing campaigns and new channel development.
• Collaborate with other Associates on customer issues and product improvements.
• Support team performance, mentor new colleagues and carry out additional sales tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Business Administration.
• Three to five years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, FMCG, financial services, B2B or complex solution selling.
• Experience across both sales and marketing is preferred.
• Strong organisation, communication, data management, teamwork and target-focused customer service.
• Interest in strengthening healthcare access in Nigeria.
