Chartered Accountant at Urban Crescent Furniture Limited – Lagos
Urban Crescent Furniture Limited is recruiting a Chartered Accountant in Lagos to manage financial reporting, production costing, inventory, budgeting and cash flow in its furniture-manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and accurate financial reports.
- Manage manufacturing cost records, inventory valuation, work in progress and product profitability.
- Apply financial controls and support budgeting, cash-flow management and cost monitoring.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountancy qualification: ACA/ICAN or ACCA.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant accounting experience, with practical exposure to furniture manufacturing or a closely related production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, budgeting and internal controls.
- Analytical judgement, professional ethics, attention to detail and the confidence to advise management.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is advantageous.
