Chef at Komaro Group – Warri, Delta (4 Openings)
Komaro Group is recruiting four full-time Chefs in Warri, Delta State, to prepare quality meals, maintain kitchen standards and support professional hospitality service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes consistently, drawing on knowledge of different cuisines.
- Manage kitchen preparation and daily cooking operations.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safe food handling, portion control and kitchen safety.
- Support food costing, stock control, beverage inventory and sales accountability.
- Deliver professional guest service, including service to VIP guests.
Requirements
- Certificate, diploma, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Catering, Food Production, Hospitality Management or a related discipline; equivalent culinary training with demonstrable experience may also be considered.
- Three to five years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Demonstrable cooking ability and strong menu and kitchen-operation knowledge.
- Successful completion of a practical cooking assessment is compulsory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, professional presentation and discretion.
