Position Title: Chef.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Chef job opportunity is available at Unilag Guesthouses and Conference Centre for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Inform wait staff about daily special
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Must have obtained BSc / HND / OND
- Must possess 3 – 5 year working experience in hotel/hospitality industry
- Must reside in Akoka or its premises.

- Leadership skill
- Good communication
- High level of intelligence
- Numeracy Skill
- Excellent time management abilities
REMUNERATION:-
N100,000 – N150,000 (Monthly).
