Civil Engineer (Entry Level) at Fiphs Infrastructure – Port Harcourt
Fiphs Infrastructure Limited is recruiting a Civil Engineer (Entry Level) in Port Harcourt to assist with the design, site supervision and execution of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day site supervision and check construction work against drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules.
- Assist with technical feasibility studies, site investigations and the resolution of design or development problems.
- Coordinate field and contractor activities in line with procedures, codes and project requirements.
- Assess construction materials, costs, labour needs and environmental risks.
- Identify ways to improve construction processes and support compliance with applicable government standards.
Requirements
- First degree or master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- At least three years’ post-NYSC experience in construction and project execution.
- Ability to work with CAD packages, designers, contractors and clients.
- Good Microsoft Office, time-management, independent-working and detail-management skills.
- Nigerian Society of Engineers, COREN or other stated professional membership is desirable.
