Service Engineer at SANY Nigeria – Abuja, Kano, Lagos & Port Harcourt (4 Openings)
SANY Nigeria is recruiting four Service Engineers for Abuja, Kano, Lagos and Port Harcourt. The roles involve installing, commissioning, servicing and repairing heavy-duty equipment while providing field support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, test and commission SANY equipment to manufacturer instructions and relevant standards.
- Carry out planned maintenance, troubleshoot faults in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems, and complete repairs.
- Respond to field-service requests and coordinate inspections and visits with customers.
- Explain equipment use, upkeep and troubleshooting to customers and provide technical assistance.
- Prepare accurate maintenance logs, service histories, repair reports and inspection records.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Three to five years’ experience in field service and equipment maintenance.
- Strong hydraulic, mechanical and electrical knowledge with practical diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
