Cocktail Events Support Personnel at Elvaridah Limited – Lagos
Elvaridah Limited is recruiting Cocktail Events Support Personnel in Lagos to assist the Events Manager and Operations Lead with bar setup, service, logistics and breakdown during events. The position works alongside mixologists, bartenders and event coordinators.
Event preparation and guest service
- Transport and set up bar equipment, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, mixers, ice and décor.
- Support cocktail and mocktail preparation, replenishing supplies during events.
- Keep bar areas clean and orderly and help maintain an efficient service flow.
- Serve guests, answer questions and assist with VIP service as required.
Logistics and closing duties
- Check inventory before and after events, flag shortages and account for company equipment.
- Pack and return bar supplies, tools and décor and help restore event spaces.
- Maintain shift notes, incident records and post-event feedback where needed.
Required skills
- Good customer service, communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain reliable during event hours.
- Physical stamina for standing and handling light equipment.
- Basic cocktail, mocktail and bar knowledge; training may be provided.
- Attention to hygiene, presentation, punctuality and detail.
Pay
- ₦150,000–₦200,000 per month.
