Kitchen Assistant at The Borough Lagos – Lekki Phase 1
The Borough Lagos is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant in Lekki Phase 1 to support daily food preparation, cleaning and safe kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the chef with basic food preparation and receive and arrange kitchen supplies.
- Clean dishes, equipment, cookware, worktops and kitchen areas.
- Store kitchen items correctly, dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor.
Requirements
- SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous kitchen work is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to follow instructions, work reliably in a team and pay attention to detail.
