Community Builder & Member Experience Manager at Connected Minds Limited – Remote, Anywhere in Nigeria

Connected Minds Limited is recruiting a full-time, remote Community Builder & Member Experience Manager open to applicants anywhere in Nigeria. This is primarily a premium client-success position focused on paid coaching programmes and private client communities, rather than general social-media management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value client relationships throughout onboarding, programme participation and completion.
• Deliver personalised, proactive support and manage client expectations with professionalism.
• Oversee private communities, member engagement, issue resolution and retention.
• Coordinate programme communications, appointments, follow-ups and client records.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, concerns, testimonials and client success stories.
• Maintain client-success processes, trackers, standard operating procedures and reports.
• Use engagement and satisfaction information to improve the client experience.
• Work closely with the founder and team while independently managing daily client-success operations.

Requirements

• Three to five or more years of experience in client success, customer experience, membership management or a related field.
• Direct experience supporting paying clients in premium coaching, consulting, education, memberships or other high-touch programmes.
• Excellent written English, communication, organisation, follow-through and independent judgement.
• Strong understanding of client satisfaction, relationships, retention and premium service expectations.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, spreadsheets, project tools and online communities.
• Experience with clients investing approximately US$1,000 or more in a programme is preferred.
• General social community management or programme administration alone does not meet the premium client-success requirement.
