Virtual Assistant at Undisclosed Company – Remote
An undisclosed employer is recruiting a full-time Virtual Assistant for remote client-facing work, open to applicants anywhere in Nigeria, involving US dental or medical services and telephone communication.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients confidently over the phone while following the required scripts.
- Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with reliable equipment and connectivity.
Requirements
- At least one year of US dental billing experience and/or at least one year as a virtual assistant for a US dental or medical business.
- Excellent English, confident telephone communication and a clear speaking voice; a British or American accent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Wired internet with a minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speed.
- A laptop with an eighth-, ninth- or tenth-generation Intel Core i5, 8GB or 16GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB SSD and Windows 10.
- A quality headset and a dependable electricity supply during working hours.
Remuneration by experience
- US dental billing background: ₦500,000–₦600,000 per month.
- Dental or medical virtual-assistance background: ₦400,000–₦500,000 per month.
