Position Title: Cost Controller.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Cost Controller job opportunity is available at Unilag Guesthouses and Conference Centre for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Assist the Financial Controller / Heads of Departments in auditing & identifying specified costs in order to ensure that the appropriate internal control procedures are in place and resources are employed in the most effective manner
- Menu costing, cost savings initiatives, review and placing orders for general stores
- To prepare the costing for recipes, menus and beverages prepared by the Executive Chef and F&B Manager and suggests the selling price
- To perform test checking on the receiving of goods at the Guesthouse and to see that the procedures are followed correctly. To perform random test counts in the Stores
- Regular daily inspections of quality and state of items in food store rooms on a minimum of once per day.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Must have obtained B.Sc / HND / OND
- Must possess 3 – 5 year working experience in hotel / hospitality industry
- Must reside in Akoka or its premises.

- Numeracy Skill
- Good people management skills
- Integrity.
REMUNERATION:-
N80,000 – 120,000 monthly.
