Country Manager at KickStart International – Abuja
KickStart International is recruiting a Country Manager in Abuja to lead its Nigeria programme, build irrigation pump sales, and expand partnerships and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Nigeria programme, meeting country sales and impact targets.
- Build and manage the sales team, expand distributor networks and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, international financial institutions and agribusinesses.
- Develop business with federal and state governments, including major deals through public procurement and budgeting processes.
- Report to the Regional Manager, West Africa.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics or a related field.
- At least ten years’ progressive sales and business leadership experience, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, FMCG or rural distribution.
- Demonstrated success selling to federal and state governments in Nigeria through budgeting and procurement.
- Proven track record leading sales teams and distribution networks.
