Job Description

• We are seeking ambitious, energetic, and results-driven young graduates to join our Young Talent Program in Customer Acquisition and Business Development.
• Successful candidates will receive practical training and hands-on experience in identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, building client relationships, promoting products and services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing, prospecting, referrals, and digital channels.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the organisation’s products and services to targeted customer segments.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Support the development and implementation of customer acquisition and business growth strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and monitor performance against targets.
• Participate in sales campaigns, client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental objectives and revenue targets.
• Demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking and Finance, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
