Customer Sales Associate at Vitel Wireless Limited – Umeri, Anambra

Vitel Wireless Limited is hiring a full-time Customer Sales Associate at its retail outlet in Umeri, Anambra State. The role sells telecom products, handles SIM activation and supports walk-in customers.

Retail sales and customer service

• Sell SIM cards, MiFi devices, routers and Vitel Wireless services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom products.
• Handle SIM registration and activation accurately in accordance with established procedures.
• Meet sales targets and maintain sales and activation records.
• Share customer feedback and sales trends with the business.

Requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• One to two years in sales, customer service, retail or telecommunications is an advantage.
• Strong sales, persuasion, customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation, initiative and ability to deliver sales targets.

Remuneration and support

• ₦100,000 monthly salary, plus commission on SIM card sales.
