Customer Service Officer at De Christie’s Ruby Spa – Ikeja, Lagos
De Christie’s Ruby Spa is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Officer for its Ikeja, Lagos branch to oversee client communications, bookings and positive service experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and respond to questions by phone, WhatsApp, social media, email or in person.
- Manage appointments, walk-in visits, cancellations and rebookings.
- Explain available spa treatments, packages, prices, promotions and opening hours accurately.
- Refer treatment-specific questions to appropriately qualified spa personnel.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate unresolved complaints.
- Contact clients after visits to gather feedback and support repeat bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, appointments and service histories.
- Explain relevant products, services and gift vouchers when appropriate.
- Record bookings and payments correctly and coordinate with therapists to limit delays.
- Keep the reception area clean and inviting.
- Protect client information and prepare reports on recurring customer-service issues.
- Follow company standards for conduct, service quality and confidentiality.
