Labgenetics is recruiting a full-time, office-based Customer Service & Sales Officer in Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos. Working hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, email and other channels.
- Explain products, answer questions and support customers with their choices.
- Convert product enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain a helpful, professional customer experience.
- Keep customer records up to date and follow up on enquiries and orders.
