Call Centre Representative (French Speaking) at Tribest Corporate Support Limited – Iganmu, Lagos
Tribest Corporate Support Limited is recruiting a full-time French-speaking Call Centre Representative in Iganmu, Lagos, to manage customer enquiries and provide first-level support for banking services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, transaction problems and account-service requests.
- Provide first-level assistance with online and mobile banking, payment cards and accounts.
- Record interaction details accurately in the customer relationship management system.
- Observe customer confidentiality, information-security procedures and service-quality standards.
Requirements
- At least a B.Sc with Second Class Lower or an HND with Upper Credit.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing French.
- Applicants must not be older than 40.
- Basic computer skills, active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Candidates living close to Iganmu or Lekki, Lagos, will be considered.
Salary
₦200,000–₦200,000 per month.
