Bravies Homz Limited is recruiting a Digital Marketer in Abuja to plan online campaigns, generate leads, manage social media advertising and report on marketing performance.

• The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, attract customers, and support revenue growth.
• The successful candidate must have practical knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, content planning, search engine optimisation, analytics, and online lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
• Plan and manage campaigns across relevant digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.
• Create and implement social media content calendars in collaboration with the content and design teams.
• Coordinate the production of marketing content, including graphics, short videos, promotional materials, and campaign copy.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research to identify customer needs, interests, and online behaviour.
• Manage the company’s online presence and maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using appropriate analytics tools.
• Track advertising expenditure and recommend ways to improve return on investment.
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic search engine optimisation (SEO) practices where applicable.
• Develop email marketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns where appropriate.
• Work with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve lead conversion.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Recommend campaign improvements based on data, customer feedback, and performance results.
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and applicable advertising requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of practical digital marketing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience running digital advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous campaigns and measurable results is desirable.
