Marketing Manager at ASA Security – Victoria Island, Lagos

ASA Security is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for its Victoria Island, Lagos, location. This position manages digital and field marketing programmes, works with the sales team to develop prospects and measures campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run campaigns across social media, search, display, website and messaging channels.
• Organise physical promotions, field activations, market surveys and community engagement initiatives.
• Support the sales function through lead generation, marketing materials and coordinated campaigns.
• Measure marketing’s contribution to sales results and communicate performance insights.
• Coordinate internal colleagues, agencies and freelancers, including the planning and management of budgets.
• Monitor industry activity and competitors, and present useful findings to senior management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least three years of marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with budgets and performance-led campaigns.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication and project management skills.
