Dispensing Associate at Shalina Healthcare – Ogun State

Shalina Healthcare is recruiting a Dispensing Associate in Ogun State to weigh, dispense, label and document materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing in accordance with GMP and safety procedures.

Role overview

To support warehouse operations by accurately dispensing, weighing, issuing, and documenting raw materials and packaging materials required for pharmaceutical production, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and established company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive approved material requisitions from the Production Department and ensure materials are dispensed according to authorized requests.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials in accordance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and dispensing instructions.
• Verify material names, batch numbers, quantities, status labels, and expiry dates before dispensing.
• Keep that only approved and released materials are issued for production activities.
• Perform dispensing operations in designated dispensing areas while maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination.
• Keep proper identification, labelling, and documentation of all dispensed materials.
• Keep accurate records of materials issued, quantities dispensed, material balances, and batch details.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least OND in Science Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or any related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispensing or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Experience in raw material handling, weighing, and dispensing within a pharmaceutical environment will be an added advantage.
