Job Description
- The Dispatch Assistant is required to be a careful carrier and organizer. He/she is required to on/off-load crates of eggs to/from the depot, vehicle and deliver to customers. The Dispatch Assistant is also required to clean and maintain the ambiance of the office/depots.
Responsibilities
- Carry and organize eggs to maximize space and time.
- Count and monitor crates of eggs at regular intervals.
- Clean and maintain the ambiance of the office and depots.
- Support customer’s satisfaction and sales delivery.
- Provide and ensure timely reporting to the Business Development Manager.
Experience and qualifications
- OND or O ‘Level Certificate
- 0 to 2 years’ experience
- Should be between 20-30 years of age
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and supervision
- Polite, friendly and able to work in the team
- Be patient and meticulous
- Being trustworthy is mandatory
