Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at Bave Design Studio – Lagos (Remote)

Bave Design Studio is recruiting a Lagos-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) professional to develop its ERP services, implement systems for clients and train their teams. The role is remote, with client-site visits in Lagos and travel outside Lagos when required.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their operations and convert business requirements into ERP workflows.
• Manage implementation from system configuration and data migration through testing, launch and user onboarding.
• Configure ERP modules and train users in point-of-sale, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, human resources, accounting and reporting.
• Help retail clients strengthen stock control, replenishment, returns, reconciliation and operations across multiple branches.
• Set up user roles, permissions, approval workflows and management reports.
• Provide remote and on-site training, post-implementation assistance and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare user guides, training videos and implementation documentation.
• Work with developers to document system gaps, propose enhancements and test new platform features.
• Collaborate with client finance teams on tax settings, VAT calculations, invoicing and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Practical experience implementing ERP systems for businesses, including retail operations, from requirements gathering through launch and training.
• Knowledge of retail processes and how ERP modules connect across business functions.
• Ability to configure systems, migrate data, manage permissions, solve technical issues and provide user support.
• Clear communication and training skills for both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to document requirements, collaborate with developers and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently within a remote team.
• Must live in Lagos and be available for client-site visits and occasional travel.
• Experience with ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One or similar ERP platforms is welcome; no particular ERP platform is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax and VAT processes, e-commerce integrations and SaaS platforms is an advantage.
