Experienced Hotel Operational Supervisor at Teestone Hotels & Apartments – Ojodu Berger
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is recruiting a Hotel Operational Supervisor in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, to manage daily operations, guest service and coordination across hotel teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and security operations.
- Resolve guest complaints and monitor service quality.
- Review staff performance, shift rosters and staffing needs.
- Inspect rooms, public areas and facilities for cleanliness and standards.
- Coordinate supplies, cross-department workflows and operational reporting.
- Support training, safety compliance, emergency response and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, organisation and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility for weekends and holidays; Microsoft Office and hotel software skills are advantages.
