Floor Supervisor, Amala Section at The People Office – Berger
The People Office is recruiting a full-time Floor Supervisor for the Amala section of a restaurant in Berger, Lagos. The role oversees timely service, hygiene, presentation and staff coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate servers and daily service operations within the Amala section.
- Confirm order accuracy, timely food delivery, consistent portions and appropriate presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils and service areas.
- Track section stock requirements and communicate replenishment needs.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and adherence to service procedures.
- Respond to customer complaints and coordinate with kitchen staff to resolve delays.
- Report customer feedback and operating challenges to the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in restaurant service or hospitality operations.
- Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with Amala and Nigerian food service are advantages.
- Strong customer communication, coordination, personal hygiene and attention to detail.
- Female candidates are preferred.
