Facility Officer at Uncle Stans Small Chops – Lagos
Uncle Stans Small Chops is recruiting a full-time Facility Officer in Lagos to oversee the condition, reliability and safety of its restaurant premises, equipment and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Inspect restaurant outlets and identify maintenance requirements and faults.
- Coordinate servicing of kitchen equipment, generators, electrical installations, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
- Maintain acceptable lighting, ventilation, cleanliness and the appearance of dining facilities.
- Liaise with contractors and technicians to resolve maintenance problems promptly.
- Track repairs, servicing costs and outstanding facility matters, reporting major issues to management.
- Help keep restaurants safe, functional and presentable.
Qualifications and skills
- Two to four years’ facility management or maintenance experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality or retail is an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, organisation and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee maintenance activities at more than one outlet.
