Field Canvasser / Lead Generation at Sujimoto Construction Limited – Lagos
Sujimoto Construction Limited is recruiting a Field Canvasser / Lead Generation professional in Lagos to engage prospective buyers, identify suitable leads and arrange initial consultations for its luxury real estate sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct prospecting through door-to-door visits, commercial hubs, events and assigned residential and commercial territories.
- Introduce prospective clients to the company’s luxury property offering and record accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses and expected buying timelines.
- Assess prospects’ interest and arrange introductory appointments or property visits for Sales Executives.
- Record daily interactions, qualified leads and market feedback in the designated CRM or reporting system.
- Represent the business professionally and maintain consistent brand standards during field engagement.
Qualifications and skills
- OND, HND or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Two years’ experience in direct sales, field marketing, event promotion or street canvassing; experience in e-commerce, real estate, FMCG or insurance is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Physical stamina, resilience and willingness to work outdoors across assigned territories.
- Ability to use smartphone applications for daily lead capture and field reporting.
