Key Sales Account Manager (Enterprise) at Layer3 – Abuja and Lagos
Layer3 is recruiting a full-time Key Sales Account Manager (Enterprise) to serve its Abuja and Lagos markets. The role will strengthen strategic client relationships, develop new enterprise business and expand sales of ICT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build durable relationships with decision-makers at existing key accounts and maintain planned contact.
- Identify expansion opportunities, acquire new enterprise clients and meet annual sales targets.
- Understand each customer’s procurement process, purchasing criteria and technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable solutions to match client needs, business goals and budgets.
- Develop account penetration plans, prospect databases, sales proposals and business plans for tenders.
- Lead new-business pitches, negotiate contract terms and coordinate the onboarding of new customers.
- Manage account records, contact information, client requirements and communication between customers and internal teams.
- Analyse sales activity, costs and commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
- Five to seven years’ professional field-sales and account-management experience with an ICT solutions provider.
- Enterprise solutions experience.
- Knowledge of services or products from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco or VMware is an advantage.
