A sanitary ware business is recruiting Field Marketers in Lagos through Elite Talent Placements. The role combines flexible remote work with field activities, lead generation and customer conversion.

Responsibilities

• Find new prospects through field visits, networking and online marketing platforms.
• Engage individuals, contractors, developers and other potential buyers of sanitary ware products.
• Explain product features, maintain customer relationships and follow up leads through conversion.
• Monitor competitors, consumer needs and market developments.
• Report regularly on customer contacts, prospect generation, sales results and progress towards a ₦2,000,000 monthly sales target.

Requirements

• Experience in field marketing, sales or lead generation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently across online and physical prospecting activities.
• Commercial awareness, initiative and focus on sales goals.

Compensation and terms

• Monthly compensation budget of up to ₦200,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• Three-month probation period and performance expectations tied to monthly sales targets.
