Field Sales Lead at Moniepoint Incorporated – Enugu

Moniepoint Incorporated is hiring a Field Sales Lead in Enugu to recruit, coach and manage Field Sales Agents and deliver regional business acquisition goals.

Reports to: Head, Customer Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Sales Agents through daily activity direction, coaching, joint visits and structured feedback.
• Recruit, screen and onboard agents, forecast required headcount and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Set and track acquisition performance, visits, leads, conversion rates and weekly or monthly targets.
• Review customer acquisition quality, CRM accuracy, field processes and handovers to implementation teams.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and operations colleagues to resolve field challenges and report progress.
• Establish agent coaching and recruitment routines during the first month, take ownership of regional KPIs in month two and aim to achieve 85–100% of acquisition targets by month three.

Requirements and skills

• Four to five years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales or territory management.
• One to two years in a team-lead, coordinator or supervisory role.
• Experience recruiting or developing field sales agents and meeting acquisition or sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical field-sales experience preferred.
• Excellent team building, communication, CRM management, coaching and data-driven performance skills.
