Aftersales Service Center Supervisor at Linkway Electronics Limited – Ajao Estate, Lagos
Linkway Electronics Limited is recruiting a full-time Aftersales Service Centre Supervisor at its Ajao Estate location in Lagos. The role oversees electronic product repairs, technical service teams, spare-parts coordination and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the service centre’s daily activities, technicians and support personnel.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance for electronics and home appliances.
- Resolve customer complaints, product faults, warranty requests and other aftersales issues promptly.
- Track repair turnaround times and ensure services meet quality and customer-service standards.
- Manage spare-parts availability, tools and technical equipment.
- Prepare reports on pending and completed repairs, complaints, productivity and service performance.
- Identify process improvements and uphold company, operating and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in an electronics or home-appliance business.
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating an aftersales service centre.
- Working knowledge of computers, communications and consumer electronics, including product repair and warranty processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and work effectively under pressure.
Compensation
Monthly salary: ₦250,000–₦350,000, negotiable according to experience and competence.
