Full Stack Developer at Dokitami – Remote (Nigeria)

Dokitami is recruiting a full-time Full Stack Developer for a fully remote position based in Nigeria. The developer will manage websites, sales funnels, internal web tools and lead-management infrastructure supporting customer acquisition and business operations. The role falls within Brand and Creative, reports to the Head of Brand and Creative and has executive oversight from the Chief Operating Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve websites, landing pages, sales and assessment funnels, lead-capture forms and WhatsApp conversion flows.
• Develop and manage Dokitami’s Leads Platform, including lead distribution, reassignment, sales ownership histories, follow-up tracking, purchase records, reporting dashboards and administrative functions.
• Implement and maintain conversion measurement using Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Snapchat tracking and other approved tools.
• Manage frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, permissions, authentication and secure business logic.
• Diagnose bugs and production issues, improve speed and scalability and maintain sound documentation and recovery arrangements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code and Replit for coding, testing, debugging and refactoring while reviewing AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Test mobile responsiveness, forms, tracking and leads before deployment; maintain version control, backups, rollback procedures and system protection.
• Work with Sales, Communications, Media Buyers, Designers and other Brand and Creative colleagues to turn campaign needs and feedback into reliable digital experiences.

Qualifications and requirements

• Demonstrable full stack web-development experience, including frontend and backend design, APIs, databases and web application architecture.
• Experience creating websites, forms, landing pages and responsive mobile-friendly applications.
• Knowledge of advertising pixels, analytics, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience with lead management platforms or CRM integrations is an advantage.
• Practical familiarity with Claude Code, Replit or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
• Good knowledge of testing, version control, deployments, debugging, web security and documentation.
• Independent prioritisation, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation and working conditions

• Monthly compensation: ₦400,000.
• Fully remote role with working days Monday to Saturday. Slack is the primary internal communication platform; employees are expected to be reachable during working hours and ordinarily respond to work messages within five minutes where practicable.
• Performance will be assessed through implementation quality, timely delivery, production reliability, funnel performance support, lead-platform improvements, tracking accuracy, problem-solving, information security, documentation and teamwork.
