Graduate Trainee (Finance) at Alliance Chemicals – Lagos
Alliance Chemicals is recruiting a Graduate Trainee (Finance) in Lagos for a structured 24-month development programme that combines business rotations with specialisation.
Programme structure
- During year one, trainees complete two six-month placements outside their selected division, with a supervisor and defined deliverables for each rotation.
- During year two, trainees join their chosen division, work with a senior mentor and take responsibility for measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- First Class or Second Class Upper bachelor’s degree in Finance.
