Role overview
The Head, AXA Wealth leads the wealth team’s growth plans, profitability targets, relationship management and delivery of agreed commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop wealth business strategies, analyse market opportunities and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Set, monitor and report team targets aligned with corporate priorities.
- Manage relationships with clients, brokers and partners, including transaction growth and value-added services.
- Coordinate with other sales teams to deliver shared commercial outcomes.
- Oversee team budgeting, planning and execution of assigned activities.
- Coach, mentor and support the development of team members.
- Ensure team practices are consistent with AXA Group standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant first degree in any discipline; a master’s degree, MBA, ACII or ACIIN qualification is an advantage.
- Five to seven years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, including at least two years in a related position.
Employment conditions
Full-time position in Lagos.
